Security fix
SPR# MSKA4HFTAA - Fixed a situation which could cause the Message Reporting agent to crash. The agent was crashing when it eventually ran out of memory. It ran out of memory when it tried to process too much information. So the fix was to monitor how much data it was processing. When it hit a limit it would stop processing and issue a message saying that it couldn't process all the data and that the agent should be run again but with constraints so as to limit the amount of data.
